If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the Platform.
These Terms are effective from 1 September 2025 and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and UNICONS relating to the subject matter herein.

Where specialist regulated advice is required, UNICONS will signpost you to appropriately regulated professionals.
2.4 No Employment Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and UNICONS beyond the consultancy relationship described herein.
3. No Guarantee of Admission
3.1 UNICONS provides assistance with the university application process but does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that:
- Any application submitted on your behalf or with our assistance will result in an offer of admission
- Any offer of admission will be unconditional, or that conditions attached to any offer will be achievable
- You will receive an offer from any particular institution or for any particular programme of study
- Entry requirements communicated by UNICONS accurately reflect the final requirements applied by a Partner Institution at the time of assessment

3.4 UNICONS accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by you as a result of an unsuccessful application or the failure to receive an offer of admission from any institution.
4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
4.1 Where UNICONS provides general information or guidance regarding student visa applications (including UK Student Visas administered by UK Visas and Immigration ("UKVI")), such guidance is informational only and does not constitute regulated immigration advice.
4.2 Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant governmental or immigration authority of the destination country. UNICONS has no authority, influence, or control over visa decisions and makes no guarantee that any visa application will be approved.
4.3 UNICONS is not registered or regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) as an immigration adviser. For formal immigration advice, you are strongly encouraged to consult an OISC-registered adviser.
