Who This Is For
This registration pathway is for established recruitment agencies and education consultancies with a track record in international student recruitment. We welcome agencies based anywhere in the world, provided they operate lawfully, ethically, and without charging students referral fees.
UNICONS does not work with individuals acting informally or agencies that cannot demonstrate compliance with ethical recruitment standards. All agents must agree to and abide by our Agent Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery Policy before gaining access to the platform.

What UNICONS Offers Agents
Commission on Successful Enrolments
Earn competitive, transparent commission for every student successfully enrolled through your agency under the UNICONS agreement framework.
Dedicated Platform Access
Approved agents receive access to the UNICONS agent portal — manage referrals, track applications, and communicate with the counselling team in one place.
Counsellor Collaboration and Support
Work alongside UNICONS counsellors and support staff who assist in guiding students through the application and onboarding process.
Commission rates, platform access, and agreement terms are confirmed only after formal approval. Submitting an enquiry does not confer any entitlement.

Compliance Review
UNICONS conducts a compliance and due diligence review of your agency, including verification of your operating standards and ethical credentials.
Decision (7–14 Working Days)
We will notify you of our decision by email within 7–14 working days. We may contact you for additional information during the review period.
Account & Agreement Issued
Approved agencies receive a formal agent agreement outlining commission terms, compliance obligations, and platform access credentials.
Please note: Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. UNICONS reviews all submissions individually. All agents undergo a compliance and due diligence review. Approval is not automatic. UNICONS reserves the right to decline any application without giving reasons.
What We Expect from Agents
UNICONS upholds high standards for all agents operating within our network. The following expectations apply to all approved agents and form part of our Agent Code of Conduct. Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
- Ethical and truthful recruitment — always act in the genuine best interests of the student
- No student fees — agents must not charge students any fee for referral to UNICONS or its partner institutions
- No misrepresentation — do not make false or misleading statements about programmes, institutions, or outcomes
- Compliance with UNICONS Code of Conduct — all approved agents are bound by our published code and anti-bribery policy
We Do Not Work With
- ✕Agents who charge students fees for referral or placement services
- ✕Agencies that guarantee admission outcomes they cannot control
- ✕Agents operating without appropriate business registration
- ✕Individuals acting as unofficial representatives without a formal agency
