Review
UNICONS will review your submission against our counsellor criteria and assess suitability for the student enquiries we handle.
Interview / Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief discussion to understand your approach, experience, and how you might work within the UNICONS model.
Engagement Agreement
Successful candidates will be issued an engagement agreement setting out expectations, responsibilities, confidentiality requirements, and terms of collaboration.

Access the UNICONS counsellor platform to manage your assigned students, track application progress, and communicate with the wider team without manual admin overhead.

Work alongside other counsellors, admissions specialists, and the UNICONS team — with shared knowledge, consistent processes, and access to institutional contacts.
Core Counsellor Standards
All UNICONS counsellors are expected to uphold these standards at all times. Failure to do so may result in disengagement without notice.
- Always act in the best interests of the student — not the commission or the institution
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student information and communications
- Never guarantee admission outcomes, visa approval, or scholarship success
- Disclose any conflicts of interest promptly to the UNICONS team
- Comply with UNICONS' Counsellor Code of Ethics at all times
