Education Counsellor
Student Services Full-time London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
- Guide prospective students through the UK university application process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
- Conduct one-to-one consultations (in-person and online) to assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses.
- Prepare and review personal statements, application documents, and supporting materials.
- Stay up to date with UK university entry requirements, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UK higher education institutions and entry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to manage a caseload of students and meet application deadlines.
- A degree in Education, International Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
Student Recruitment Agent
Recruitment Contract Remote (India-based)
Salary: Commission-based with performance bonuses
About the Role
- Identify and engage prospective students across India who are interested in studying at UK universities.
- Represent UNICONS at education fairs, school events, and community outreach programmes.
- Support students with initial enquiries, application guidance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the UK-based counselling team to ensure a seamless handover of student cases.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record in student recruitment or education sales in India.
- Strong local network within schools, colleges, and student communities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Hindi or regional languages is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within your region for events and presentations.
