1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UNICONS platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
UNICONS provides education consultancy services including:
- University and course selection guidance
- Application preparation and submission support
- Document review and personal statement advice
- Visa guidance and pre-departure support
- An online portal for tracking applications
Our services do not guarantee university admission, as all decisions rest with the respective institutions.
3. Student Responsibilities
As a student using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at all times
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or personal circumstances
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documents
- Comply with all university application deadlines and requirements
- Not share your account access with third parties
4. Fees and Payments
UNICONS’ core student services are provided free of charge. UNICONS receives commission from partner universities upon successful student enrolment. This arrangement does not affect the impartiality of advice given to students.
Any additional services (such as premium visa support or document translation referrals) will be clearly communicated in advance with explicit pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the UNICONS platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by UNICONS Education Consultants Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNICONS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, visa authorities, or other third parties.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. UNICONS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behaviour.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
